Vice President (or Director) of Customer Marketing

As our Vice President or Director (title depends on qualifications) of Customer Marketing Leadpages your passion is surprising and delighting customers.  You have a track record of strategy and implementation that led customers to be more engaged.  You have turned customers into fanatical advocates.  Leadpages is not satisfied with highest NPS score in SaaS; we want customers to broadcast they are part of the crew.

What you’ll do:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will shift and grow but to start with, you will:

  • Directly benefit sales and marketing teams by increasing customer advocacy (including referrals, testimonials, references, etc.), identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and increasing loyalty and retention.  Good customer marketers don’t shy away from proving how they drive revenue.  Customer marketers flex their creative muscles. This position requires creative marketing and communication skills to engage and motivate customer advocates.

What you’ve done:

You have a unique combination of skills, talents, and mindset, including:

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on communications, marketing, and business
  • Previous Customer Loyalty, Customer Success, or Account Management experience
  • Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platforms
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes

  • Your ideas and skills for communicating to customers will be strategic and creative.
  • You may not be a quant jock but you are not happy unless your work is measured.
  • Your strategic thought will help us achieve our goals and reinforce the brand message.
  • You have loads of experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy.
