Vice President of Sales - Drip

As our Vice President of Sales at Drip, you will be responsible for building a sales organization projected to deliver $100 million ARR by 2020.  You are a mentoring sales leader who measures success by exceeding revenue goals via a consultative selling approach.

What you’ll do:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will shift and grow but to start with, you will:

  • Build a world-class sales organization from the ground-up.  You will implement a systematic, proven approach to building a company from little revenue to $50 million or more.
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership with marketing, resulting in messaging that aligns so well sales leads come to us
  • You might not be a data scientist, but your desire for measurement and knowledge of what to measure would impress experts
  • Mentor team motivated by your approach and loved by our customers that will field inbound leads, book demos, and prospect for customers to revolutionize their marketing with Drip

What you’ve done:

You have a unique combination of skills, talents, and mindset, including:

  • You have built and ran large scale, consultative teams that sold marketing or e-commerce software into large B2C companies
  • You know how to close deals faster than average because you sell via a consultative process
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including e-commerce platforms and marketing automation platforms
  • You are an expert in B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
