Drip is looking for a Technical Support Manager to join our Customer Success team. We are a well-funded, fast-growing marketing automation platform whose technology is uniquely positioned to lead the wave of marketing automation into B2C marketing. Currently, Drip is growing at a whopping 600%, year-over-year, and we are not even targeting the B2C market! We operate within a self-serve SaaS model that has generated a significant number of customers that we absolutely adore! We're now looking for a technical support manager to help us continue our momentum in providing the most remarkable customer service in the industry. Our soulmate for this position will have built and operated metrics-driven support teams that have delivered (and believed in!) melt-your-face service that is second to none.

Drip is a small product team inside Leadpages, working on a separate marketing automation application that is aptly named "Drip". Both of Drip’s founders are developers, and everyone on the team has a technical bent. As such, we are a developer-focused team that's a haven for expanding your technical chops.
